The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right on the seaside in a stunning bay. The beach was beautiful and ideal for swimming. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ali who was our go-to person for anything we needed to know. The service at the hotel was excellent, with quick drink service and efficient clearing of plates during dinner. Our room had a lovely sea view and was cleaned well every day.

Stayed here for 13 days, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with great location on the hills across the water. The staff were great and excellent in the entire property. The services were excellent. Had a very enjoyable time.

The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed during our stay. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to accommodate our requests and ensure we had a pleasant experience. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, making it a satisfying start to the day.

The location was great and the bay was perfect for swimming. Our room had a lovely sea view and was cleaned well. The staff, especially Ali, were very friendly and provided excellent service. The pool was clean and the facilities were good, although they could use some updating. The drinks selection could be improved, perhaps by offering a different daily cocktail in the evenings. it was a wonderful and relaxing holiday and great value for the price.

The food exceeded our expectations with a variety of salads, delicious desserts, and traditional grilled meals for dinner. The bar service was always prompt and we never had to wait in line. The staff members were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a minor issue with the room cleanliness, overall, we would highly recommend this hotel.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a double room with sea view, which was a pleasant surprise. The room had everything we needed and matched the descriptions and photos. The food was delicious with a variety of salads, desserts, and traditional meals cooked on the barbecue. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Ali and Lena. it was a great stay with amazing views and a clean swimming pool.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant/bar manager Ali. The hotel has a great location right on Betiz Beach with its own private peaceful area. Unlimited drinks were included in the room and the breakfast/lunch/dinner spread was superb. an excellent place to stay with family, very safe, and close to the vibrant atmosphere of Betiz Beach.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.
